REMLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, tha
those certain specifications marked and designated "Specification
No. 27 for the construction of street paving with hydraulic con-
crete in the City of Anaheim, California," pre by O. E.
Steward, City Engineer of the City of Anaheim, and wi were
filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of iinaheim on
the 8th day of September, 1921, be, and they are hereby adopted
as the specifications for paving the Northerly alley running east
erly and westerly in Block "B" of the Center Tract in the City
of Anaheim, California, according to a map of said tract recorded
in Book 14, at Page 13 of 1 Records of Los Alngeles,Co
California, from the easterly property line of South Claudina
Street, produced southerly across said alley, to the westerly
property line of South Philadelphia Street, produced southerly
across said alley, and that those certain plans and profiles
numbered 11 and designated "Plan of proposed improvement on that
certain alley in Block "B" of the Center Tract, Anaheim, Califor-
nia," prepared by 0. E. Steward, City Engineer of the City of
Anaheim, and which were filed in the office of the City Engineer
of said city on the 8th day of September, 1921, be, and they are
hereby adopted as the plans and profiles for the paving of said
alley hereinbefore described.
. end be it further resolved that said spedifications be, and
remain on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim, and that said plans and profiles be, and remain on
file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim,
and that the same may hereafter be referred to for-all purposes
by the designations herein mentioned and contained.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Boa
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, on the 8th day of September,
1921, and is signed, approved, and attested by me this 8th day
of September 1921.
