I ESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, tha
those certain specifications marked and designated "Specifications
To. 27 for the construction of street paving with hydraulic con-
crete in the City of Anaheim, California," prepared by 0. E.
Steward, City Engineer of the City of Anaheim, and which were
filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim on
the 8th day of September, 1921, be, and they are hereby adopted
as the specifications for paving the southerly alley running east-
erly and westerly through Block "K" of the Center Tract in the
City of Anaheim, according to a map of said tract recorded in
Book 14, at Page 13 of I- Tiscella.neous Records of Los Angeles,County
California, from the Easterly property line of South Los Angeles
Street in said city, produced southerly across said alley, to the
westerly property line of South Vlaudina Street, produced Souther-
ly across said alley, and that those certain plans and profiles
numbered 10 and designated "Plan of proposed improvement on that
certain alley in Block "N ", Center Tract, Anaheim, California,"
prepared by 0. Steward, City Engineer of the City of ?1naheim,
and which were filed in the office of the City Engineer of said
city on the 8th day of September, 1921, be, and they are hereby
adopted as the plans and profiles for the paving of said alley
hereinbefore described.
And be it further resolved that said specifications be,
and remain on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim, and that said plans and profiles be, and rem4ixi on
file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim,
and that the same may hereafter be referred to for all purposes
by the designations herein mentioned and contained.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Board.
