after and within the time prescribed by law and by said notice,

prescribed by law, and whereas at said hearing said H. 3. Scott
was personally present ana was heard by suid Board of Trustees
in support of his objection and whereas the said hearing was
duly continued by said Board of Trustees until Whursday, the 25th
day of August 1921, at the hour of 8:00 O'clock 2-M-;
now !=AYORE, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim the the objection of the said H. E*
Scott to said report, assessment rand plat be, and the same is
hereby, overruled and that said report, a ssessment and plat be
and the same are hereby, by the Board of trustees of the jity of
_naheim confUmed, adopted and oppxoved;

is hereby further ordered and directed to forward to the
Superintendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim a certified
copy of said report, assessment and plat, which is hereby
finally confirmed, adopted and approved*
