MOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF STEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DETERMINING THE RESULT OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL E13PCTION HELD III, SAID CITY 017 ME 19th DAY OF JTJ 1921. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, did, by ordinance Do, 402 of said city, entitled, "An Ordinance calling and providing for and giving notice of a special election to be held in the city of Anaheim, State of California, on Tues- day, I the 19th day of July, 1921, the object being to submit to the qualified electors of said city propositions to incur one or more bonded debts by said city for the following purposes; the construction and completion by said city of a building for mnnici-, pal uses; the conttruction and completion by said city of exten- sions and improvements to the C'!ty lVater works and water dis tri- bution system of said city; the construction and a mpletion of ad ditions to and extensions of the sewer system of said city; and the acquisition of fire apparatus for said city! passed and adop�ed on the 9th day of June, 1921, call and order to be held in said city, a special election on Tuesday the 19th day of Julys 1921 for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said city a proposition to incur a bonded debt by said City of Anaheim to the amount of Seventy-five thousand ($75 Dollars, in gold coin of the United States, for the purpose of the construc- tion and completion by the City of Anaheim of the following Muni cipal improvement, viz: a building for municipal uses, containing offices for City Officials a room of �hhmber for the holding of ICI 'meetings of the Board of Trustees and other officers, boards and 2 'tribunals of said City, rooms for the housing and safe keeping of 3 ,, prisoners of said City to be used for the purpose of a Cit. That the propositions voted upon at said 23 Ali special election were the propositions hereinafter set forth and 24 were stated as follows. 25 First.
