YHERAS, in accordance with the provisions of a resolu-
tion passel and adopted by the Board of Trustees of she City of
Anaheim onthe 25th day of July, 1921, J. J. Schneider, Jas. E.
Stewart and W. A. Duckworth were named and appointed as commis-
sioners to assess the benefits and damages and to have general
supervision of I& following described work and improvement in
the Oity of anaheim, to-wit:
That the south side of Chestnut Street in
said city from the west property line of South
dos Angeles Street to the easterly property
line of South lemon Street be widened to a
uniform width of 04.75 feet southerly from and
parallel to the center line of said chestnut
street,;
And w:aereas said commissioners have, and each of them
have, - with the City Clerk of the city of nnaheim their
respective bonds as such commissioners in the forms and of suf-
ficent surety as required by law;
DOW THETINORE9 be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim that said bonds, and each of then, be, and
they are hereby, approved.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attestedl
by me this 11th day of August, A.D. 1921.
