RESOLUTION ORDERING 'NOR,K.
OLVED by the Board of Traatees of the City of Anaheim:
SECTION to That the public interest ana convenience require
and the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, pursuant to
Resolution of Intention Ito. 147 of the Board of Truatees of the
City of Anaheim which said Resolution of Intention No. 147 was
duly passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the 26th day
of November, 1920, hereby orders the following described street
work to be done in said city, to -wit:
That West Chartress street in said
city, from a point one hundred and
sixty and twenty -five hundredths
(160.25) feet west of the west line of
North Palm street, in said city, be
opened and extended to a point one
hundred and sixteen and eight- tenths
(1.16.8) feet east of the east line of
Resb street in said city.
Section 2. That the land deemed
necessary to be taken for said work
and improvement is situate within
said city of Anaheim and is described
as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the northwesterly
corner of Lot Fifteen (15) Janss Sub-
division as shown on a map recorded
in Book 8, Page 5, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; thence easterly along the
northerly lin3 of said Lot Fifteen
(15) and said i:ortherly line extended,
four hundred .eighty -five and thirty -
three hundredths (485.33) feet to a
point which is one hundred sixty and
twenty -five hundredths (160.25) feet
westerly from the present westerly
line of North Palm street; thence
southerly parallel to said present
westerly line sixty -five and seventy -
five hundredths (65.75) feet; thence
westerly along the southerly line of
Lot Fifteen (15) Janss Subdivision
extended easterly and along said
southerly lino, and along said south-
erly line extended wo• terly, five hun-
dred twenty -four anti thirty -three
hundredths (524.33) feet to the north-
easterly corner of Lot One (1) Block
Four (4) Resh subdivision, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 92,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Or-
.nge County, Califo_nia; thence
northerly fifty -two and five- tenths
(52.5) feet to the southeasterly cor-
ner of Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2)
of said Resh subdivision; thence
northerly along the most easterly line
of said Lot Eight (8) thirteen and
twenty -five hundredths (13.25) feet,
thence easterly thirty -nine (39) feet
to the place of beginning.
Section 3. That the exterior boun-
daries of the district of lands to be
affected and benefited by said work
and improvement and to be assessed
to pay the damages, costs and ex-
penses thereof, which district is with-
in the city of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, are par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
