RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 599

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY
OF ANAHED1.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an
Agreement for Maintenance of State Highways in the City of
Anaheim effective as of January 1, 1973, and to remain in effect
until amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said Mainten-
ance Agreeuent with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim said Maintenance Agreement with the
State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of December, 1972.
