cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling/building
from 7666 West 92nd Street, Nestchester, California, to 1601
East Santa Ana Street: r Anaheil'1; California' and

hearing on the 19th day of Decenlber, 1972, at the hour of 1:30

which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, at least ten
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of

tunity to be heard, and th8 City Council having duly considered
said application for a house FiOVLlt; permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitteel in connection therewith, does
find that said pernit should be granted, subject to the follO\'ling
conditions:
1. That "Cile e::ist~l10 s.tructure shall be brought up
to the minL.1UFi st:andards of the City of Anaheil'"[,
including" the uniform building, plUmbing, electrical,
housing, mechanical and fire codes as adopted by the
Ci ty of I\naheim.
2. That the existing structure be modified as may be
required by .the City Council.
3. 'rhat a bond in an arilount and form satisfactory to
the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City
to guarantee the completion of the above, said bond
to be posted at the time that the relocation permit
is issued.
4. 'fhat the oW:.'.er of dIe subj ect property Shall pay
to the City of Anahei2 the appropriate park and
recreation in-lieu fees as determined to be appro-
priate by the City Council, saiQ fees to be paid
at the tir<ethe buildiX'.cr permit is issued.

the Ci"ty of Anaheim that the aDDlication of James E. Grose for
a house moving permit to move a dwelling/building from 7666

Ana Street, AnaheLn, California, be, and the same is, hereby
granted subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth, and
subject further to compliance \-lith all of .the provisions of
