A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH ROY MILLAR FOR THE OPERATION OF
A FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION AT THE ANAHEIM
HILLS MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted for the
operation of a food and beverage concession at the Anaheim
Municipal Golf Course by Roy Millar; and
WHEREAS, said agreement contains the terms and
conditions for the operation of said concession; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by the
City departments involved and found to be satisfactory in its
terms and conditions in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
concession contract with Roy Millar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of December , 19 72
