WHE!U~~~S, J. D. Malone, having filed a written application
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house with attached
garage from 9066 Duarte Road, Temple City, California, to 4500
East Cerra Vista Drive, Anahein, California; and
v.1HEHEAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 14th day of November, 1972 at tne hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M. and proper legal notice having been duly mailed to
all persons entitled by law to receive said notice, a due and
proper hearing was held by -the City Council, evidence both written
and oral was submitted and received, and the City Council, pur-
suant to City of ffilahei~ Resolution No. 72R-533, denied said
house moving permit, and
~vHLREAS, on dovernber 21, 1972, the City Council of -the
Ci ty of A.'l.aheiJ'1 did receive J-. D. 1'1alone' s request for rehearing
and pursuant too motion duly made, seconded and passed, grantec<_
