RESOLUTION NO. 72R-572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIJ'l GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE FROM 3630 WEST WESTMIN-
STER, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, TO 2421 MARIAN
AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
MIEREAS, R. V. Nation, having filed a written application
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 3630 West
Westminster, Santa Ana, California, to 2421 Marian Avenue, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 5th day of December, 1972, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, at least ten
days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the n~es of
such owners appeared upon the last available ta~ assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find
that said permit should be granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the owner of the subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
in--lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the
City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
2. That a parcel map to record the approved division
of subject property be submitted to and approved
by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded in the
office of the Orange County Recorder prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
3. Subject to ti1e Applicant's stipulation that the
building will be remodeled according to plans and
will be sandblasted and repainted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of R.V. Nation to move
a dwelling house from 3630 West Westminster, Santa Ana, California,
to 2421 Marian Avenue, Anaheim, California, be and the same is
hereby granted subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth,
and subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of D6cenilier, 1972.
