RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 567

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF JOINT
USE AGREEMENT NO. 7JU-3981 WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the State of California has submitted to the
City, Joint Use Agreement No. 7JU-39al in connection with the
City's water facilities within the right of way of the Riverside
Freeway, Road 07-0ra-91 10.5, upon the terms and conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said Joint Use
Agreement No. 7JU-3981 with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the Ci ty CIEl~k ~, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
