RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 566
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY- COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AND AUTHORIZING
THE PAYMENT THEREFOR. (OVERHEAD ELECTRIC
SUJ>PLY LINE AT M.P. l69+350<l.2', CERRITOS
AVENUE CROSSING NO. 2-169.7)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to
construct an overhead electric supply line at M.P. l69+3500.2',
in the vicinity of Cerritos Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has submitted to the City of Anaheim its "License for
Electric Supply Line Across or Along Railway Property" which has
been reviewed and has been found to be satisfactory and in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said License in
the amount of One Hundred Pifty Dollars ($l50.00) is fair and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City
of Anaheim that certain License for Electric Supply Line Across
or Along Railway Property submitted by the Atchison, To~eka and
Santa Fe Railway Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to draw a warrant in
favor of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa PS Railway Company in
the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and that
the same be forwarded to the Office of the City Attorney for
transmittal to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
