A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN GOLF, INC. FOR THE
NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted for the
non-exclusive use of the Anaheim Hills Golf Course by employees
of Western Golf, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said agreement contains the terms and conditions
for Western Golf, Inc. employees to engage in both practice and
tournament golf at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course for a stated
remuneration; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been further reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory
in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said contract with
Western Golf, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sign~d by me
this 21st day of November, 1972.
