RESOLUTION NO. 72R-542

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DECLARING THAT NO
MAJORITY PROTEST HAS BEEN MADE (SANTA ANA
CANYON NO. 4 ANNEXATION) .
WHEREAS, in connection with the Santa Ana Canyon No.4
Annexation, a hearing upon all protests was held on the 21st day
of November, 1972, in accordance with Section 35121 of the
Government Code of the State of California; and
liHEREAS, after hearing and passing upon all protests
so made, the City Council found and determined that no majority
protest against said annexation had been made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it find and declare, and it does hereby
find and declare, pursuant to Goverment Code Section 35121.1,
that no majority protest against Santa Ana Canyon No. 4
Annexation was made at the hearing called to hear and pass on all
protests. .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of November, 1972, being within 30 days after the
closing of the hearing to which reference is made herein.
