A RESOLU'I'ION OF I'EE CI'I'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIE DENYrr~G A HOUSEMOVIIJG PERIUT TO
J. D. L1ALONE TO MOVE ,A. DWELLING HOUSE AND
ATTACHED GARL1GE FRO'/[ 9066 DUARTE ROAD, TEHPLE
CITY, CALIPOffilIA, TO 4500 EAST CERRO VISTA
DRIVE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, J. D. ~alone, having filed a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and
attached garage from 9066 Duarte Road, Temple City, California,
to 4500 East Cerro Vista Drive, <~aheim, California; and
WHEIlliAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 14th ',-lay of November, 1972, at the hour of 1: 30
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail-to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said house and garage, at least
ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names
of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment
roll; and
\\I}IEHEAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house movincr permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should not be granted.

imW, THEREFORE, BE rf RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of J. D. Malone
to move a dwelling house with attached garage from 9066 Duarte
Road, Temple City, California, to 4500 East Cerra Vista Drive,
fu,aheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, denied.
