Iie so lve d, that it will be for the interest and advantage of
the City of Anaheim and the City of Bunts Ana to enter into a joint
agreement, aulborizing and providing far the joint construction and
maintenance of` such .necessary oatfall se wer outside of the exterior
boundaries of both such municipal corporations,, and by such joint
agreement provide for the joint paynt of the cast and expenses
of and for the joint use, benefits and maintenance of Bauch neocessas
o ut f all sewer, and upon such terms and coneLi t icons, and under such
regulations as may be approved by the Boards of Trustees, as the rei
peotive legislative bodies of the City of Anaheim and the City of
Banta Ana.
Resolved, that the City of Anaheim shall be bound anal obligated
to :pay r i a#e part cof the cos of the oonstruotion of
such necessaxt outfall sewer, at such times, and in sn.eh install-
meats, as may be provided for in said joint agreement.
Resolved, that this resolution by signed by the President of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, attested by the
Clerk, under the corporate seal thereof, and be published once

in the Anabelm Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation pub-
lished in the city of Anaheim.
