That said Board of ~1.'rustaes do es hereby determine and declare
that it will be for the- interest and advantage of the: Gity of
Anaheim and the City of r'i11e rton to enter into a point agreement
authorizing and providing for the point construction and mainte-
nance of a necessary point out-fall sewer, constricted without
ties anterior boundaries of the said City of gnaheim and the said
City of r'ullarton, and by rich point agreement to provide for the
point payment of the cost and enpense of, and for the joint use,
benefit and mainte:nanea of such out-fall sewer. upon such terms
and conditions. and under such. regulations as may ba adopted by
the- boards or- t~rustess oz said re spactiva` cities.
The foregoing resolution is signed, app raved and attested
