Resolution ordering Street Work.
xo. 37.
ReAOlved., That the street work herein deaoribed is required $y
the public interest and eonvenienae, and the Board of Trt~stees of
the city of Anaheim, State of California, hereby orders the same
to be done in accordance with the specifications oontained in its
ordinance No. 1G2, and under the direction and to the satisfaction
of the Superintendent of Streets of said City, to-wit:
That a cement sidewalk six feet in width, and a cement curb
be constrtxated along the Northerly side of Broadway Street in said
City, from the Eauterly curb line of Los Angeles Street to the
Westerly curb line of Olive Street, (exoepting euah portions thereof
between said points on which a Dement sidewalk and Dement curb
have already been aonstriicted.)
That a cement side~ralk six Peet in width, and a oeatent curb
be oonetpuated along-the Southerly aide oP. Broadway Street in said
City, Prom the Featerly curb line of Los Angeles Street to the
Westerly curb line of Olive Street, (excepting such portions thereof
between said points on which a Dement eidew-a1k and. c+~tent curb
have already been aonstruated.)
All of said work to be done in aoaordanae with the plans, pro-
files and Dross sections Number 1, on file in the office of the
City Clerk of said City.
The Anaheim t3aZette, a weekly newspaper of general eiroulation

printed, published and eiroulated in said City of Anaheim, is hereby
designated, as the newspaper in which this resolution and notioe of
said Rork, inviting sealed. proposals, shall be pz~.bliahed in the
manner and form and by the pereon8 required by lair.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to poet aon-
spiouously for Pive days, on or near the chamber door of said Board
of Trustees, 1n the manner and 2'orrn required by law, a notioe, with
speaifiaations, inviting sealed proposals or bide for,, doing said.
