A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDED AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AND DANIEL, MANN, JOHNSON & l<<EN-
DENHALL AND AUTRORIZ ING THE MAYOR AND CI'1'Y
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALl" OF
THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Daniel, Mann, Johnson
& Mendenhall have heretofore entered into an agreement on
December 5, 1972, whereby Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall
agreed to perform engineering and architectural services in
connection with the design of two 66kV - l2kV substations; and
WHEREAS, the City desires Daniel, Mann, Johnson &
Mendenhall to provide a detailed cost estimate to the City in
order to evaluate the construction bids submitted for the con-
struction of the two 66kV - l2kV substations; and
WHEREAS, Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall has sub-
mitted a proposal to provide said detailed cost estimate for the
sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($2,300).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
tfte City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a first
amended agreement by and between the City of Anaheim and Daniel,
Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of March, 1973.
