A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT TO EMPLOY DONALD J. FEARS,
ARCHITECT, TO DESIGN PHASE IV OF THE UTILITIES
YARD AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to construct
Phase IV of its corporation and utilities yard to be located
at 901 East Vermont Avenue in the City of Anaheim; and
\~EREAS, City is in need of architectural services
in connection with the construction of said Phase IV of the
corporation and utilities yard; and
WHEREAS, City also is in need of architectural services
for remodeling a portion of the Utility Building located at
518 South Anaheim Boulevard; and
~VHEREAS, Donald J. Fears is qualified to render such
architectural services to City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing Donald J. Fears to perform architectural
services in connection with the construction of Phase IV of
its corporation and utilities yard located at ~Ol East Vermont
Avenue and for remodeling a portion of the Utility Building
located at 518 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, be and the
same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 20th day of ~'larch, 1973.
