RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 102

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-94
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR PHASE II
CONSTRUCTION OF CLAIR SUBSTATION.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council that there have been certain delays in the furnishing of
detailed plans and specifications in connection with the bidding
on the Clair Substation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to delay by one week the opening of bids
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-94 be, and the same
is hereby, amended to the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the l,2th
day of April, 1973, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock
P.M. at the City Council Chamber in the City Hall
in the City of Anaheim.
2. That the notice inviting bids shall be published on
March 22, 1973, March 29, 1973 and on April 5, 1973.
3. That the award of contract will be made .on Apri.l
17, 1973.
AND BE: IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 73R-94 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of March , 1973.
