RESOLUTION NO. 73R-IOO

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1358.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a conditional use permit from
Frank O. Lockhart and Betty L. McLeod to establish a mechanical
car wash in conjunction with a service station on the following
described property:
~l that certain land situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim,
described as follows:
The North 200 feet of the West 200 feet of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown
on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
h~D WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did deny said
conditional use permit No. 1358 after public hearing duly held
as required by law; and
TiHEREAS, the City Council did sustain the action of the
Planning Commission in denying said conditional use permit No.
1358 after a duly noticed public hearing, testimony and evidence,
both written and oral having been received, by Resolution No.
73R-32 denying said conditional use permit No. 1358i and
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a rehearing before the
City Council on February 27, 1973, and continued at the appli-
cants' request to this date, and
WHEREAS, new evidence, both written and oral, were
received and a new public hearing was held and all persons
interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful con-
sideration of the recommendation of the City Planning Commission
and all evidence and reports, that conditional use permit No.
1358 should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City Council action in denying
conditional use permit by Resolution No. 73R-32 is hereby
reaffirmed, and by this resolution said conditional use permit
is denied.
