A P,esolution fixing and levying a property tax on all prop-
erty within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim for the
fiscal year of I895 and I898e
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do resolve as
follows:
Section I----That there be, and hereby is fixed and levied
a property tax for the fiscal year of I895 and I896 of fifty cents
on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all real
and personal prop arty ~+ithin the Corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim for #.he ordinary annual expenditures of said City;
Section,2----That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year of I895 and I896 of .-

cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all
real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for the purpose of paying the annual interest of the
indebtedness of the City of Anaheim incurred for the purpose of
constructing a City Hall, for the extension and completion of the
City Water forks, for the grading and improvement of streets within
the' Gity of Anaheim and for the purchase of property fbr the fire
department, together with one twentieth of such indebtedness;

with one fortieth of such indebtedness
Section,----The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this resolution and thereupon and thereafter. it shall be in full
foree and effect.
