of the City of Anaheim of closing up portions of 5th, North Street,
6th, Nor+.,h Strest, 7th, North Street, Adelaide Street and Clemen-
tine Street in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange Sta+..e of
California.

.Section I----- That it is the intention of the Board of Trus-
tees of the City of AnaYieim, to order the folloxin~ street xork
done, to-xit:----- to close up all of 5th, Pdorth Street betvreen
Lemon Street and Palen Strest, all of 6th, North Strest betxeen
Leman Street and Palm Street, all of 7th, North Street betxeen
Lemon Strest and Palm Street, all of Adelaide Street betxeen
Sycamore .Street andth, ,North Street, and. alb. a~' C]~ementina Street
bet~-een Sycamore Sheet and 4th, North Street as delineated on
a map of Building; Lots, knotm as Langenberger Tract recorded in
Book one of l~giscellaneous Records pales .BSI and 55~ Los Angeles
County California;
Section 2,----That it xill not be necessary to take any land
in or. der to close up said portions of said streets;
Section3,----That the exterior boundaries of the district of

to be assessed to pay the damages, costs ana„expenses thereof are
