08/16/1893-002The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do resolve as
follows:----
Section,I, -- That there be and hereby is fixed and levied
a property tax for the fiscal year of I893, and I894,of fifty cents
on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of all real
and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the ordinary annual expenditures of said City;
Section,2, -- That there be and hereby is fixed and levied
a property tax for the fiscal year of I893, and I894, of ..... ... I
.. .... cents on each one hundred dollars,of the assessed
valuation of all real and personal property within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim for the purpose of paying the annual
interests of the indebtedness of the City of .Anaheim, together
with one twentieth of such indebtedness. The tax mentioned in
this section shall be kept in the treasury as a separate fund to be
used only for the payment of the principal and interest of such
indebtness;
