RESOLUTION OF }? 7ARD.
Resolution Number.
Resolved, That the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
having in open session,on the . day of A.D. I892,
opened,examined and publicly declared all sealed proposals,or bids
offered,for the followings work,towit: - --
Ist, - - -- That Hermine Street,in the City of Anaheim,f'rom the
north line of Center Street,to the south line of Chartres Street
be graded to the official grade,and graveled with good gravel,
the gavel to be four inches deep',
2nd, - -- -That a redwood curb be constructed along; each line
of the road way of said HermineStreet, from the north line of sail
Center Street,to the south line of the said Chartres Street, in
:accordance with with specifications,for the construction of red-
wood curbs as contained in ordinance nimiber 48;
That a sidewalk eight feet wide be constructed along;
each side of said the north side of Center Street,
to the south side of Chartres Street, said sidewalk to be covered
with gavel two inches :seep;
iiereb�T rejects all. of said bids except that next herein
mentioned and hereby awards the contract for sail work tte
lowest re6ular responsible bidder towit: --
at the prices specified in his proposal on .file for said work;
The Clerk of this City is hereby directed to post notice of
this award conspicuously for five days on or near the Chamber

and also
publish
said
notice
