A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM WAIVING NOTICE OF RENT-FREE LEASE
BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange, Health Care Agency, proposes
to enter into a Rent-Free Lease for the purpose of providing
physical and occupational therapy services for school age
children at 2911 W. Stonybrook Drive, Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the County
to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in writing, at
least sixty days prior to entering into such Rent-Free Lease,
unless such notice is waived by resolution of the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty-day notice requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the sixty-day notice required by Government
Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with respect to the
aforementioned Rent-Free Lease.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 21, st of March, 2000.
