A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM WAIVING NOTICE OF LEASE BY THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange, Probation Department,
proposes to enter into a Lease for continued operation of a
Probation Department Field Service Office at 1147 N. Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the County
to notify the City Clerk of the Clerk of Anaheim, in writing, at
least sixty days prior to entering into such Lease, unless such
notice is waived by resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty-day notice requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the sixty-day notice required by Government
Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with respect to the
aforementioned Lease.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 21s~ March, 2~00.
