RESOLUTION NO. 73R-389
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-2l9
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDING NO. 67-68-62.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on the
30th day of April, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R-2l9 finding and
determining that the property and area therein described should
be changed from R-l, SINGLE-FM1ILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and incorpora-
ted in C-O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, subject to certain conditions
set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the date of said resolution the
applicant desires to have ordinances reclassifying the property
to be adopted as each parcel of property is ready to comply with
the conditions imposed, pursuant to said resolution; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the applicant's desire to reclas-
sify the property by parcels, Condition No. 10 should be added to
Resolution No. 68R-2l9 to read as follows:
1110. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall
be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
the conditions pertaining to such parcel, provided,
however, that the word 'parcel' shall mean presently
existing parcels of record and parcel or parcels
approved by the City Council for a lot split."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Condition No. 10 is hereby added to resolution No. 68R-2l9 to
read as follows:
1110. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall
be adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
the conditions pertaining to such parcel, pro-
vided, however, that the word 'parcel' shall mean
presently existing parcels of record and parcel or
parcels approved by the City Council for a lot
split. It
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as hereby expressly
amended or as amended in any other respect as to any other lots
and/or conditions by Resolution No. 7lR-189, Resolution No. 68R-2l9
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of September, 1973.
