RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH. (72-6E)
WHEREAS, Calvary Baptist Church, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in the City
of Anaheim over which City owns a public utility easement lo-
cated on a portion of dedicated roadway commonly known as
Rio Vista Street, south of Wagner; and
wr.illREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for the placement of four temporary quonset
hut type buildings to be used as Sunday School rooms; and
vlliEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for the placement
of said quonset hut type buildings across a portion of the
easement of City will not interfere with the present use of
the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and condi~ions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Calvary
Baptist Church, be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the t1ayor a.nd City Clerk
be and they are authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
