A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANM1EIM DENYING A HOUSE MOVING PEill1IT TO
r1ARY L. AND VEPJ.'I ANDEHSON TO HOVE A DWELLING
HOUSE TO 1801 S~1PHONY STREET, M~AHEIM;
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Mary L. and Vern Anderson, having filed a
written application for a house moving permit to move a
dwelling house from 1025 East Katella Avenue, Orange; California,
to 1801 Symphony street, Anaheim, California; and
~~iEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 4th day of Septerrber, 1973, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid--
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said house, at least ten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared on the last available tax assessment roll; and
vlliEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an opnor-
tunity -1::0 be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a housemoving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find
that said permit should not be granted.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Mary L. and Vern
Anderson for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
1025 East Katella Avenue, Orange, California to 1801. Symphony
Street, Anaheim, California, be and the sa~e is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of Septenwer, 1973.
