RESOLUTION NO. 73R ~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A..~AHEni APPROVING THE TEill1S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHI'1ENT PERi'1IT AND AUTHORIZING THE
r~YOR k~D CITY CLERI{ TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
r~NT PER~IT WITH NOR~'S RESTAURMJTS, INC. (73-lE)
WHEREAS, Norm's Restaurants, Inc., a California
corporation, hereinafter referred to as Licensee, is the
owner of property in the City of Anaheim over which the City
has a road and public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement fOl:: the purpose of installing an approximate
30" high stucco garden type wall and sign pylon; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such instal-
lation across a portion of the easement of City wilL not
interfere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and.condition.s of a
license agreement between the City of ~~aheim and Norm's
Restaurants, Inc., be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the I'1ayor and City Clerk
be and they are authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
