RESOLUTION NO. 73R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Al~AHED~ ESTABLISHING BOND AMOUNTS FOR CER-
TAIN DESIGNATED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously established
the amount of bonds required for certain City officers and
employees by Ordinance, Section 1.04.390 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to establish said
bond amounts by resolution as allowed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of bond amounts to City
officers and employees by resolution would allow the City Council
flexibility to increase said amounts as needed more efficiently
to better protect the general public health, welfare and safety of
the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following officers and employees
shall be required to execute bonds to the City in the amounts
and in accordance with the terms set forth herein:
The Finance Director in the sum of $100,000.00;
The City Treasurer in the sum of $100,000.00;
All employees specifically designated in Section
1.04.390 of the Anaheim Municipal Code in the
sum of $100,000.00 each;
All other employees not specifically designated
a $10,000.00 public employee honesty blanket
bond.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of August , 1973.
