A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED-
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 67-68-29 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO.
67R-682 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold
a public hearing in Reclassification Proceeding No.
67-68-29 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of the
Zoning Code relating to zoning, and recommended to the
City Council a change in the boundaries of a zone as a
result thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 12th day of
December, 1967, granted Reclassification No. 67-68-29
changing the zoning on the property therein described from
the County of Orange, A-I General Agricultural District
to City of Anaheim C-l, General Commercial Zone, subject
to certain conditions; and
\~EREAS, the applicant in said proceedings has
never acted on said Reclassification No. 67-68-29 and has
requested termination of said Reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, acting
upon said request to terminate, has recommended termination
of Reclassification No. 67-68-29; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find it in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to terminate said
Reclassification No. 67-68-29,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Reclassification No. 67-68-29 be
and the same is hereby terminated, and that Resolution
No. 67R-682 be, and the same is hereby declared to be null
and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of August, 1973.
