A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-278
RELATIVE TO COLLECTION OF SEWER CONNECTION
CHARGES IN SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2.
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1973, the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 73R-278 approving Ordinance No. 302 for the collec-
tion of sewer connection fees in County Sanitation District No.
2; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement for the collection of
said fees; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the date of execution of said
agreement, the parties thereto desire to supplement the agreement
for collection of sewer connection charges; and
WHEREAS, the City has examined the supplement to agree-
ment and determines that it is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim to execute said supplement.
NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of that certain
supplement to agreement for collection of sewer connection charges
between the City of Anaheim and County Sanitation District No. 2
this day herewith submitted be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
