A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND TALLMANTZ AVIATION, INC., DATED AUGUST
21, 1973, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has two Hughes Helicopters
used in connection with their Police and Law Enforcement Facilities,
said helicopters bearing Numbers N-9606F and N-9607F, respectively,
and having Serial Numbers 0009 and 0010, respectively; and
WHEREAS, City is desirous to have said aircraft serviced,
maintained and inspected in accordance with FAA regulations and
requirements; and
WHEREAS, Tallmantz Aviation, Inc. is equipped to perform
the services as set forth in this agreement and is desirous to do
so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Tallmantz Aviation, Inc., dated
August 21, 1973, providing for the maintenance of two helicopters
numbered N-9606F and N-9607F are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of August, 1973.
