A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-212
RELATING TO FEES FOR TEMPORARY TAXICAB PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted
Chapter 4.72 of the Anaheim Municipal Code regulating taxicab
businesses in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.72 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, the City Council has heretofore
adopted its Resolution No. 98R-212 relating to fees to cover the
cost of processing taxicab operator permits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore amended
Chapter 4.72 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to add Section 4.72.085
thereto relating to temporary taxicab permits; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Section
4.72.085 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the City Council desires
to establish fees for temporary taxicab permits; and
WHEREAS, said fees as hereinafter set forth do not
exceed the actual cost to the City of processing and administering
the temporary taxicab permit program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has complied with the
applicable notice and hearing requirements pertaining to the
adoption of said fees as set forth in the Government Code of
State of California.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that City Council Resolution No. 98R-212 be,
and the same is hereby, amended by the addition of the following
fee thereto:
Temporary taxicab permits
(per vehicle per day)
$ 10.00
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of March ,
2000.
