RESOLUTION NO. 73R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-499
AND ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE OF THE UNIFOID1
BUILDING CODE, VOLUME I, 1970 EDITION.
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to Resolution No.
7lR-499, adopted a fee schedule of the Uniform Building Code,
Volume I, 1970 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to repeal said
resolution and adopt a new fee schedule for the Uniform Building
Code, Volume I, 1970 Edition, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to adopt
a fee schedule for uniform codes by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc~l of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-499 is hereby
repealed and that the following fee schedule be, and the same is
hereby adopted for the Uniform Building Code:
(a)

$1.00 to $500.00
$501.00 to $2,000.00
$5.00
$500,001.00 and up
$5.00 for the first $500.00 plus
$1.00 for each additional $100.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $2,000.00.
$20.00 for the first $2,000.00 plus
$4.00 for each additional $1,000.00
or fraction thereof, to and includ-
ing $25,000.00.
$112.00 for the first $25,000.00
plus $3.00 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to
and including $50,000.00.
$187.00 for the first $50,000.00
plus $2.00 for each additional
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof to
and including $100,000.00.

$1,000.00 or fraction thereof,

b. Plan-Checking Fe~~. When the va~uation.of the proposed
construction exceeds $1,000.00 and a plan ~s requ~red to be sub-
mitted by Subsection (c) of Section 301, a plan-checking fee shall
be paid to the Buildinq Official at the time of submitting plans
and~specifications for-checking.

Said plan-checking fees for buildings of Groups I and J
Occupancies shall be one-half of the building permit fees. Plan-
checking fees for all other buildings shall be 65 percent of the
building permit fees as set forth supra. When duplicate plans are
submitted for plan checking, a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be
paid therewith.
Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require
additional plan checking, an additional plan-check fee shall be
charged at a rate established by the Building Official.
(c) Reinspection Fee. The fee for each reinspection shall
be $10.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of August, 1973.
