A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-408.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7lR-408 declared that certain
described property should be excluded from R-A, Agricultural
Zone and incorporated in R-S-S,OOO, One-Family Zone, subject to
conditionsi and
WHEREAS, the applicant therein and the City Council
desires to amend the conditions by adding thereto Condition No.
3, reading as follows:
"3. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall be
developed as each parcel is ready to comply with
conditions pertaining to such parcel, provided,
however, that the word 'parcel' shall mean presently
existing parcels of record and any parcel or parcels
approved by the City Council for a lot split."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council hereby declare~ its
intention to amend Resolution No. 7lR-408 as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-408 be, and the sarna
is hereby amended by adding thereto Condition No. 3 to read as
follows :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this
resolution, Resolution No. 7lR-408 shall remain unchanged and be
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of August , 1973.
