RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 345
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE l\GREEMENT WITH SOUTHErm CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ATTl\CHING
66 KV TRANSMISSION LINES TO POLES ON EDISON'S
RIGHT OF WAY, AND l\UTaORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is presently acqu~r~ng
from Edison the remaining Edison electric distribution facili-
ties in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, one of the facilities Anaheim is acquiring
is Katella Substation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary anq desirable to install a
66 kV transmission line between City's Lewis Substation and
the Katella Substation; and

WHEREAS, the most direct route between Lewis.Substa-
tion and Katella Substation is along an Edison right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Southern California
Edison Company dated July 1, 1973 for the purpose of installing
a 66 kV transmission line, be and the same are he.reby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to executed said agreement by and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of August, 1973.
