RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 343
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 7Ut-4973 WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with raJ.sJ.ng manholes to
grade on Santiago Road, 07...0ra-SS 17.6/17.8, from 0..6 to
0.8 mile north of Lincoln Avenue, the Division of Highways
of the State. of California has submitted utilities Agree-
ment No. 7ut~4973; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be satis-
factory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into ~aid
Utilities Agreement with the State of California.
NOti, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-4973,
designated 07-0ra-SS 17.6/17.8, between 0.6 to 0.8 mile north
of Lincoln Avenue.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of August , 1973.
