A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-469 AND ESTABLISHING NEW PAY
RATES AND ESTABLISHING A NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 2, 1973 that the new classification of Junior
Draftsman be established, that several existing job classifications be
allocated to new compensation schedules, and that one existing classi-
fication be removed from eligibility for overtime pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the new classification of Junior Draftsman be established
and allocated to Compensation Schedule 419 ($598.00 - 726.27).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the job classifications listed below
be allocated to new compensation schedules as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the job classification of Commercial
Field Supervisor be removed from eligibility for overtime pay by adding an
"X" to the compensation schedule number for this classification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be August 10, 1973, and that to the extent not amend~d by this reso-
lution, Resolution No. 72R-469 shall remain unchanged and in tull force
and effect.
