RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 334
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI.TY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR ARCHI-
TECTURAL SERVICES BETWEEN DAN L. ROWLAND" AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. AND LEROY ROSE AND ASSOCIATES,
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF .
WHEREAS, the City is in need of architectural services
for the design of a proposed City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Inc. and LeRoy
Rose and Associates, as a joint venture, are qualified to render
such architectural services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement containing the terms and conditions
of employment of said joint venture as architects for the design of
the proposed City Hall has been submitted and is satisfactory to
the City; and '
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~e City CounciJ. of
the City of Anaheim that that certain agre~ht this day submitted
between Dan L. Rowland and Associates and LeRoy Rose and Associates
as a joint venture, and the City of Anaheim be, and the same is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of August , 1973.
