RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITIES OF ANAHEnt ANI) FULLERTON IN CONNECTION
WITH FIRE . P:ROTECTION AND RESCUE, .ANDAPPROV-
ING THE TE.RMS AND CONDITIONS THEREOF.

WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim and Fullerton both rnain-
tain and operate fire protection organizations in their respective
cities; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Cities to render aid,
each to the other, to combat the effect of fire when such aid is
necessary; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared to be made and
entered into between the Cities of Anaheim and Fullerton upon the
terms and conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council tinds that said a9'r~ement is
satisfactory and would be for the benefit and in the best interest
of the City, and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theCi ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between Anaheim and Fullerton relating to emerg~ncy fire alarms,
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FU:RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor an~ the City-Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to ~ecute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
