RESOLUTION NO. 73R- ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT WITH PARSONS ENTERPRISES IN
CONNECTION WITH PROVIDING LOCKERS AT THE
ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER FOR USE OF
PUBLIC.
WHEREAS, a contract was entered into between the
City of Anaheim and Parsons Enterprises as of the 1st day
of July, 1969, to provide for lockers in the south lobby
of the Copvention Center for use of the public during the
operation of the Convention Center; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Parsons Enterprises
and the City of Anaheirn to extend said agreement for a
period of one (1) year; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to permit Parsons Enterprises to
furnish such lockers and to assume' all obligations in con-
nection with said agreement for a period of one (l) year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the,Ci ty Council
of the City of Anaheim that a second amendmen~-to the agree-
ment between the City of Anaheim and Parsons Enterprises,
dated July 1, 1969, be made and entered into between the
parties to said agreement providing as folloW$;
That certain contract entered into on the~lst day of
July, 1969, be, and the same is hereby, ext~nded to
the 30th day of June, 1974, subject to the terms arid
conditions of said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Second Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this ill- day of August , 1973.
