RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 330
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JAMES M." MONTGOMERY,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES RE DESIGN OF A DOMESTIC WATER PUMP-
ING STATIO& AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City owns and operates a water distribution
system; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to build and construct a
domestic water pumping station to serve said system; and
WHEREAS, James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers,
Inc., has submitted a proposal to design said substation under
date of July 26, 1973, signed by DuWane R. Lidke, vice president,
and J. P. McKee, vice president; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said proposal are
generally acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
by and between the City of Anaheim and James M. Montgomery, Con-
sulting Engineers, Inc. dated August 7, 1973, be and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City" Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement by and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of August, 1973.
