A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 73R-292 DIRECTING ACCEPTANCE OF EASE-
MENT DEED FROM HARRY E. AND DOROTHY HOMEWOOD,
(BROOKHURST AND ORANGE) .
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 17th day of July, 1973,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim did pass its
Resolution No. 73R-292 authorizing the acceptance of an ease-
ment deed for relocation of certain on-site facilities from
Harry E. Homewood and Dorothy Homewood in connection with the
ultimate right of way on Brookhurst Street and Orange Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City
Council that the low bid does not include all relocation cost
in detail and exceeds the $7,684.00 authorized by said
Resolution No. 73R-292; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed with
acceptance of said deed as originally submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby ,
rescind Resolution No. 73R-292 accepting an easement deed
from Harry E. Homewood and Dorothy Homewood.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 31st day of July, 1973.
