RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA (RIVERSIDE PREEWAl: AND IMPERIAL
H~GHWAY) .
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in receipt of a
Director's Deed from the Division of Highways, Department of
Public Works of the State of California, covering an easernent
for draining facilities adjacent to the Riverside Freeway and
east of Imperial Highway in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Division Of Highways will release said
Deed to the City of Anaheim in consideration of the sum of $10.00;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the, City to
accept said Director's Deed and to pay said $10.00 as requested.
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and. it does hereby accept,
that certain Director's Deed covering an easement for d;raining
facilities adjacent to the Riverside Freeway and east of Imperial
Highway in the City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized to draw a warrant of the City of
Anaheim in the amount of $10.00 payable to the Departmen~ of :
Public Works, Division of Highways, State of California, and that
said warrant be mailed to the Department of Publie Works ,Division
of Highways, District 7, Post Office Box 2304, LOs Angeles,
California 90054, attention of Helen Matelson.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of July , 1973.
