RESOLUTION NO. 73R-3l8
~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN AGREEMENTS
WITH THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
(Condemnation No.8).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore filed an
action in eminent domain, being Orange County Superior Court
Case No. 203636, to condemn certain facilities of the Southern
California Edison Company (Condemnation No.8); and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith, it is necessary to
enter into two agreements with the Southern California Edison
Cornpany concerning inventory adjustments and sales tax; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to enter into such agreements.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci:by ~ncil of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and .the Ci tf ,Olerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City of Anaheim those certain agreements.with the Southern
California Edison Company relating to inventory adjustments and
sales tax in connection with the eminent domain action herein-
before referred to.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3lstday of July , 1973.
